摘要: Trichoderma harzianum T39 (Trichodex®) and T. longibrachiatum strain 6 were applied on grapevine to determine their effectiveness against Phaeomoniella chlamydospora vine cuttings pruning wounds. Cuttings were dipped in a suspension either before or after callusing. Pre-callusing dips carried out for 3 years yielded contradictory results. By contrast, post-callusing led to significant growth of hairy roots reduction the longitudinal discolorations caused by P. inoculated into rootstock after dipping. spp. also wounds of grafted potted vines, which then inoculated placing drops conidial wound surface. application here prevented black goo necrosis wood below wound.
