摘要: There is disclosed an image processing device capable of receiving file having a first texture representation in rotation variant format and converting the to modified invariant format. The comprises processor for analyzing parameters them 1) disposed circular rings about selected pixel; or 2)rotation along radial lines extending through pixel. In second embodiment, can use angular separation determine rotated version file.
