摘要: After a prolonged and deep solar minimum at the end of Cycle 23, current Solar 24 is one lowest cycles. These two periods mini-maximum are separated by period increasing activity. We study cosmic-ray intensity variation in relation with activity, heliospheric plasma magnetic field parameters, including sheet, during these three (phases) different activity level nature: (a) minimum, (b) an period, (c) mini-maximum. use neutron monitor data from stations located around globe to rigidity dependence on modulation extremes, i.e., maximum. also time lag between various interplanetary parameters separately phases. analyze role sheet tilt, modulating Their relative importance implications our results discussed.
