Lessons from the deployment of the SPIRIT app to support collaborative care for rural patients with complex psychiatric conditions

摘要: We report the design and deployment of a mobile health system for patients receiving primary care-based mental services (Collaborative Care) post-traumatic stress disorder and/or bipolar in rural centers. Here we describe clinical model, our participatory approach to designing deploying system, final system. focus on integration into providers' workflow patient registry present lessons learned about technical training requirements practice that can inform future efforts incorporate technologies improve care with psychiatric conditions.
