CNS depressant γ-(secondary amino)-ortho-nitro-butyrophenones

摘要: Novel compounds of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R is a hydrogen or fluorine atom, W an oxygen atom ethylenedioxy ethylenedithio group and Z certain secondary amino group, which are useful as central nervous system depressants, can be prepared by reaction compound ##STR2## X halogen each defined above with amine H--Z above, in case being ethylenedithio, optionally followed hydrolysis reduced to give ##STR3## antipsychotic and/or analgesic agents.
