摘要: Abstract In this paper, the bulk phase aggregation and interfacial adsorption properties as well foam characteristics of a kind amino acid-based surfactant sodium lauroylglutamate (LGS) under variety external conditions such temperature pH were investigated. The variation protonation degree head group function was analyzed by integrating determination results acid-base titration FT-IR (ATR) spectra. At neutral pH, LGS solution had minimum surface tension could form more stable foam. mechanism about how affects stability discussed thoroughly. TEM images films solutions showed that gel network association structure formed not only in specific range suitable but also films. strength film different has obviously influence on stability.
