摘要: Abstract (E)-4-(Fullerenopyrrolidin-1-yl)-3-methylbut-2-enoic acid and its corresponding succinimidyl ester, readily obtained through Prato-type modification of C60, were used for the selective N-acylation polyamines. The thus conjugates evaluated their antioxidative anti-inflammatory activity cytotoxicity was determined. Members this family compounds showed interesting anti-lipid peroxidation, anti-lipoxygenase comparable cytocompatibility to spermidine.
