摘要: The data base generally known as electrophoretic is widely acknowledged to be of value systematics (1, 2, 8, 17, 24, 79, 86). Although starch-gel electrophoresis enzymes has become the established method generating this base, analysis remained varied and at times openly contested (28, 30, 55, 65, 67, 69, 82, 83). treatment these produced interesting results that have been perceived demonstrate severe limitations on nature application various taxonomic levels. Differing opinions often obscure multistep treatments. Many studies purporting compare systematic treatments actually confuse issue by simultaneously varying procedures several levels, e.g. transformation, coding, analysis. Several options exist for each step, potential differences affect comparative in ways. historical perspective employed here essential understanding development issues refinement procedures. This review also assesses unnecessary imposed identifies problems fuel controversy over analytical Finally, recommendations phylogenetic are presented.
