摘要: From the physicochemieal point of view protoplasm has been defined as a colloidal solution amphoteric electrolytes. To understand behavior such it is necessary to know hydrogen ion concentration. This, beyond doubt, one most important variables. Changes in concentration can have serious effects on protoplasm; for example, enzymatic activity, and state aggregation proteins.
