摘要: 2 Abstract: Three hundred and thirty seawater samples were collected from the Western Harbor of Alexandria, Egypt to study how near/far relation between estimation Escherichia coli as a WHO fecal indicator precise presence/absence other pathogens (Salmonella sp. Staphylococcus Aeromonas sp.) using membrane filtration (MF) technique. It was found records E. failed express Salmonella with percentages 47.3%, 54.5% 83.6%, respectively. These results confirmed by detecting impact some hydrographic parameters (pH, Temp. NO , NH SiO PO Dissolved oxygen Oxidizable organic matter) 3 4 on estimated tested pathogens. The indicated showed its own trend which is different obtained trends On hand, recorded RT-PCR technique 2.5 fold more accurate detection % compared MF it also for in examined samples. Thus, could be mentioned monitoring no longer reliable bacterial contamination marine environment especially MF-technique.
