摘要: Fe-based composite coatings were fabricated on Q235 steel substrate by plasma cladding. B4C particles injected at the center and edge of melting pool as strengthening phase. Scanning electron microscopy pin-on-disc tribometer applied to study microstructure wear resistance coatings. The results showed that central dissolved during cladding cementite generated. Edge remained performed metallurgical bonding with metal matrix. With coating containing particles, increased largely rate became 1/8 substrate. Afterwards, prepared real pieces 50 picks 12 chutes, which taken into field probations. Average service lives coated chutes 3.4 times 5.6 times, respectively, compared conventional 16Mn 42CrMo pick chute components.
