摘要: Abstract The effect of synthesis parameters on morphology ZSM-12 (MTW) zeolite with tetra ethyl ammonium bromide (TEABr) as an organic-structure directing agent was investigated systematically. Aluminum sulfate octahydrate (Al 2 (SO 4 ) 3 ·18H O) used aluminum (Al) source. Si/Al ratio varied from 40 to 180 and alkalinity (NaOH/Si) set between 0.132 0.160. Effects crystallization temperature time were studied. contribution the aging period final in range 1.5–6 h. Phase identification as-synthesized confirmed by X-ray diffraction crystals studied electron microscopy. one most substantial factors that induced formation ZSM-5 (MFI) nuclei a competing phase. Pure obtained 80 at 145 °C. Different agglomeration shapes observed changing ratio. Prolonged up 6 h nuclei.
