摘要: A lipase from Rhizopus oryzae DSM 853 (ROL) was cloned a chromosomal gene bank, sequenced and overexpressed in Escherichia coli. ROL its precursors ProROL PreProROL were purified their pH temperature profile determined. In contrast to ROL, had considerably higher thermostability slightly optimum.
