摘要: A lipase from Rhizopus oryzae DSM 853 (ROL) was cloned a chromosomal gene bank, sequenced and overexpressed in Escherichia coli. ROL its precursors ProROL PreProROL were purified their pH temperature profile determined. In contrast to ROL, had considerably higher thermostability slightly optimum. Moreover, it could be demonstrated by vitro experiments that the natural leader sequence of is able inhibit folding supporting properties prosequence, resulting retardation folding. addition, there strong evidence all different forms derived sp. described literature are result proteolytic processing originate same gene.
