摘要: The landfilling of municipal incineration residues is an expensive option for municipalities. This work evaluates alternative way to render waste inert in cement-based materials by combining the reduction content with immobilization properties metakaolin (MK). functional and environmental ternary quaternary binders using cement, metakaolin, two industrial by-products from combustion processes (MSWIFA - Municipal Solid Waste Incineration Fly Ash SSA Sewage Sludge Ash) were evaluated. composed 75% 22.5% 2.5% residue. Results on impact behavior mortars showed that mechanical, dimensional leaching not affected residues. In particular, use led a significant decrease soluble fractions heavy metals released binder matrix. results are discussed terms classification behavior, efficiency role MSWIFA SSA, pertinence dilution process.
