摘要: Abstract Thermal behaviour and stability of chitosan (CH) phenolic acids complexes could be high importance in regard both the practical applications understanding complex formation. degradation insoluble CH caffeic (CA CH) or rosmarinic acid (RA was investigated air nitrogen atmosphere. decomposition CA proceeded two stages, first which attributed to decarboxylation adsorbed temperature interval from 150 °C 200 °C, second one related backbone at temperatures higher than 200 °C. RA stage broad range formed complex. Values apparent activation energy (Ea) thermal conversion values (α) 0.1 0.8 were determined by using Flynn-Wall-Ozawa method. For dependence between Ea α very similar that showed products didn’t influence stage. Meanwhile, for CH, initially, increased with an increase degree, certain value reached maximum depended on molar ratio, then decreased.
