Magnetovolume Effects in GdxY1-xCo2

摘要: Thermal expansion and forced volume magnetostriction were measured for ferrimagnetic intermetallic Gd x Y 1- Co 2 compounds. The results of both measments are interpreted on the basis an induced moment picture moments over whole concentration range. metamagnetic behavior is also discussed in connection with present results.
