摘要: This article concerns the modification of polyurethane using polyamide 6,6 prepolymer to improve dyeability properties copolymer with acid dye. First, carboxyl-terminated was synthesized from adipic and 1,6-diaminohexane. The isocyanate-terminated also polytetramethylene glycol 4,4′-diphenylmethane diisocyanate in N,N-dimethylformamide. then extended a mixture 1,4-butanediol (molar ratios being 100%, 75%, 50%, 25%, respectively). Finally, poly(urethane–amide) copolymers were dyed dyes. chemical, physical, dyeing coploymers are discussed. From experimental results, it is found that inherent viscosity increased increasing amount content. structure proven by infrared spectra, which exhibits absorption peaks urethane amide groups as we expected. differential scanning calorimetry measurements, have two-phase structures good phase separation. There four transition temperatures (Tgs, Tgh, Tms, Tmh), but only those PTMG 2,000 series possess Tms. Moreover, Tgs change length soft segment, Tgh Also, exhibit higher than without dye molecule, not obviously changed. For mechanical properties, indicated both modulus strength unmodified polyurethane, they lowered after molecule due further separation intermolecular distance polyurethanes. uptake increase fastness, grade water fastness polyurethane. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
