Numerical modeling of the disturbances of the separated flow in a rounded compression corner

摘要: Numerical modeling of the time-dependent supersonic flow over a compression corner with different roundness radii is performed on basis solution two-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations in regimes corresponding to local boundary layer separation. The development unstable disturbances generated by periodic injection/suction preseparated calculated. results are compared those similar calculations for flat plate. It shown that natural oscillations boundary-layer second mode stabilize separation zone and grow intensely downstream reattachment point. acoustic modes excited within bubble studied using numerical an asymptotic analysis.
