摘要: The human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)/AIDS epidemic presents a formidable challenge for the black community. Blacks, although small proportion of US population, are overrepresented, not only in number people living with HIV, but also categories new diagnoses and AIDS-related deaths. Fortunately, national initiatives place to slow ultimately reverse these racial inequities. While disparities may be widely recognized, their causes clearly understood. A variety underlying issues exist blacks United States that contribute growing disparities.
