摘要: In order to discuss the atomization process of an analyte element occurring in a graphite furnace for atomic absorption spectrometry, we measured variations characteristic temperature with progress stage, by using two-line method under assumption Boltzmann distribution. For this purpose, iron was chosen as element. Also, two lines, Fe I 372.0 nm and 373.7 nm, simultaneously monitored probe determination. This enables gas be directly traced, yielding distribution closely related diffusion behavior furnace. variation very different from wall temperatures, which were conventional control spectrometry. Correlations between charring/atomizing temperatures heating program investigated. The cadmium tellurium also investigated comparison or appeared apart while still low. Therefore, atoms could atomized through direct contact furnace, has much higher compared atmosphere during atomization. Their would caused conductive rather than radiant
