摘要: ABSTRACT The terrestrial Mesozoic sediments, floras and faunas of Montana are reviewed interpreted. Environmental diversity was low, apparently depended upon the relative position interior seaways. With exception areas bordering seaways where climates were temperate to subtropical, most semi-arid arid throughout Mesozoic. upland coastal plain regions became much drier as regressed. Faunal floral higher in lowland than regions, probably because water ways larger lowlands, could support more life.
