摘要: T cells patrol our bodies preventing pathogenic infections and malignant cell outgrowth. However, must be properly controlled because aberrant or persistent responses can damage tissues contribute to autoimmune diseases other chronic inflammatory including metabolic syndrome. One regulatory mechanism utilized in immune is immunometabolic regulation, which ensures respond systemic peripheral cues. Recent work has suggested that deregulated metabolism tumor creates a microenvironmental barrier for mounting effective anti-tumor responses. Here, we discuss how evade immunosurveillance by modulating checkpoints memory could provide sustaining fitness longevity.
