摘要: The carrying capacity concept for bivalve aquaculture is used to assess production potential of culture areas, and address possible effects the environment other users. Production depending on physical ecosystem, while ecological social determine what extent can be realized. According current definitions, stocking or farm density exploited population above which unacceptable environmental impacts become apparent, level development are manifested. It disputed capacities differ, as constructs. In approach capacity, focus often avoiding adverse aquaculture. However, populations also have positive such stimulation primary through filtration nutrient regeneration. These ecosystem services deserve more attention in proper estimation therefore we both negative feedbacks by bivalves ecosystem. We review tools that available quantify capacity. This varies from simple indices complex models. present case studies use clearance grazing ratio’s indices. Applications depend specific management questions respective availability data type decisions need made.
