摘要: This study compares effects of chronic electrical stimulation on the expression levels FGF-1, FGF-2 and their receptors (FGFR1, FGFR4) in rat tibialis anterior (TA) muscle hypothyroid rat, as well satellite cell cultures derived from normal TA soleus (SOL) muscles. In 5-day (5-d)-stimulated muscle, FGF-1 mRNA were threefold elevated over control. FGFR1 FGFR4 mRNAs twofold 1.5-fold elevated, respectively. longer stimulated muscles, returned to basal levels, whereas remained elevated. decreased control 10-d but increased again after 20 days stimulation. SOL- TA-derived for 5 days. At this time point, changes myosin heavy chain isoforms detectable consisting increases MHCI decreases MHCIIb MHCIId mRNA. The comparison between 5-d-stimulated TA- SOL-derived revealed differences FGF-2, similar FGFR4. Even though cultures, less pronounced than muscle. Taking into consideration that skeletal contains fibres various non-muscle tissues, e.g. blood vessels, these results suggest latter contribute observed
