摘要: In singly doped samples of La1.85Sr0.15Cu1−xFexO4 and doubly La1.85 −xSr0.15 +xCu1−xFexO4, Fe ions substitute for Cu2+ at the valence 3+. The depression Tc is less sharp in than due to compensation carriers. We consider that doping with severely disturbs alignment Cu (3dx2 −y2) O(2pσ) orbitals leads formation CuO6 clusters. charge carriers these clusters lose their itineracy show localized behaviour. decrease caused by localization but not existence an impurity moment.
