摘要: The current intricately complex state of health care holds a multitude challenges for the novice nurse in acquiring, developing, and maintaining standards proficiency clinical practice. This paper will explore implications or reasons incorporating simulation nursing education two primary reasons. First, is an interactive teaching strategy designed augmenting learning process. Simulation example active that engages student to think through situation then take action application knowledge, finally self-reflect during process debriefing. Secondly, increasing number educational institutions have made commitment incorporate technology into curricula.
