摘要: The emission from the lowest charge transfer excited state of Ru(bpy)/sub 3//sup 2 +/ is very efficiently quenched by low concentrations Cu/sup ions when polyvinylsulfate (PVS) present in solution. Stern--Volmer constants x 10/sup 3/ higher than absence PVS can be easily obtained.
