摘要: Objectives: The plant materials play a major role in primary health care as therapeutic regimen many developing countries. In the present study, ethanol extracts of  mentha  spicata or spearmint ( M. ) and mentha  piperita peppermint have been used to inactive mycobacterium bovis comparison isoniazid. Patients Methods : After collecting identifying herbs, their ethanolic extract was prepared using percolation method. with different dilutions; 0.39,0.78,1.56,3.12,6.25,12.5,25,50,100,200,400 mg/ml were provided. strain 1173 P2 this study. This microorganism confirmed by acid-fast staining (Ziehl-Neelsen). bacteria incubated at 37 °C for long time inoculation into Middle Brook broth (Difco). Biochemical tests such niacin, nitrate urease performed confirm organism (e.g. Feingold)(1) Agar diffusion MIC methods (McFarland standard method disk) determine antimicrobial activity inhibition zones formed on media measured transparent ruler millimeters. Results: vitro antibacterial activities showed 0.39 mg/ ml consistency 100 least concentrations which inhibit growth Conclusion: According our findings, could be raw phytotherapy because against TB etiology. Keywords spicata, piperita, Mycobacterium bovis,
