摘要: Neuronal adaptation as well interdischarge interval correlations have been shown to be functionally important properties of physiological neurons. We explore the dynamics a modified leaky integrate-and-fire (LIF) neuron, referred LIF with threshold fatigue, and show that it reproduces these properties. In this model, postdischarge reset depends on preceding sequence discharge times. in response various classes stimuli, namely, constant currents, step white gaussian noise, sinusoidal model exhibits new behavior compared standard neuron. More precisely, (1) currents lead adaptation, is, progressive decrease rate following stimulus onset, while LIF, no such patterns are possible; (2) saturation firing occurs certain regimes, not seen neuron; (3) interspike intervals noise-driven under current correlated way reminiscent experimental observations, those independent one another; (4) magnitude correlation coefficients decreases function noise intensity; (5) sinusoidally forced described by iterates an annulus map, extension circle map displayed model. Under conditions, can give rise sensitivity initial conditions thus chaotic behavior.
