We examined and compared the changing neighborhood characteristics of a group homeless adults over time.Methods. collected addresses previous housing sleep locations from longitudinal study 400 in St. Louis, Missouri, region census measures economic opportunities at different points along individual pathways to homelessness 1- 2-year follow-up interviews.Results. Sleep were much more concentrated urban core baseline than their housed locations. These areas had higher poverty, unemployment, rent-to-income ratios lower median incomes.Conclusions.
