摘要: Objective This study was performed to determine whether the results of prevailing in vivo and vitro studies offer a reliable model for investigation medication-related osteonecrosis jaw (MRONJ). Methods Embase, Medline, Cochrane Library were searched articles published from September 2003 June 2017 involving experimental approaches pathogenesis MRONJ. In trials analyzed with respect scientific question, design, methodology, results. Results Of 139 studies, 87, 46, 6 conducted vivo, vitro, both experiments, respectively. Rats, mice, dogs, minipigs, sheep, rabbits preferred animal models used. Osteoblasts, osteoclasts, fibroblasts, keratinocytes, macrophages, human umbilical vein endothelial cells cell types. Zoledronate, alendronate, ibandronate, risedronate most frequent bisphosphonates MRONJ reliably induced minipigs because close relationship bone physiology. showed that reduced viability, growth, migration soft tissues causative Other than exposed jawbone after tooth extraction, no cofactors found. Conclusion The minipig is suitable
