摘要: The microstructure evolution of the Zr 60 Al 15 Ni 25 metallic glass during rolling at room temperature is investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HREM). results show that values full width half maximum (FWHM) XRD patterns exothermic enthalpy Δ H DSC plots do not monotonically change with variation deformation degrees e . As larger than 20%, FWHM are lower as-cast state. When reaches 30%, become state, while their begin to decrease again as about 85%. These indicate reversible transitions between ordered disor-dered atomic configurations occur rolling, which further verified HREM images. phase transition can be explained competition diffusion controlled reordering shear-induced disordering rolling.
