摘要: In this paper we summarize the progress of Web3D scene graph model, and associated standards, specifically Extensible 3D (X3D) in domain medical simulation. Historically, nodesets have focused on representation rendering point, line or surface geometry. More recently, significant X3D Volume has been made available through co-operative DICOM work item, n-Dimensional Presentation States. However, here outline need for a standard simulation meshes review several related approaches. As result, propose preliminary requirements mesh provide use case scenarios how haptic technologies can aid fulfillment these requirements. We conclude with an proposal to describe soft (deformable) bodies.
