摘要: Sixteen broad-spectrum cephalosporin-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates were recovered between April and June 2013 from Palestinian hospitals, Gaza Strip. Genes encoding extended-spectrum beta-lactamases (ESBLs) other resistance genes characterized by polymerase chain reaction sequencing. The following β-lactamase detected: blaCTX-M-15+ blaSHV1+ blaTEM-1 (six isolates), blaSHV5+ blaOXA-1 (two blaCTX-M-14a blaSHV33 (one isolate), blaSHV12+ blaOXA-1(one blaSHV5 blaSHV1 blaCTX-M-3 isolate). ISEcp1 (in four cases truncated IS26), orf477, or IS903 sequences found upstream downstream of blaCTX-M genes. aac(6′)-Ib-cr gene was in seven isolates. qnrS1 qnrB1 detected five two isolates, respectively.
