摘要: Unbiased estimates of the total number neurons and glial cells from central regions grey matter in human brains are obtained using disector principle modifications which unaffected by histological processing paraffin-embedded tissue. Section thickness does not enter into estimator need be known. An analysis contributions all sampling levels to variance cell has been used design an optimimal scheme. Using this method, a precise unbiased estimate defined brain region can less than 1 h.
