摘要: The HSP70 heat-shoek proteins serve as molecular chaperones that assist other they undergo folding, transport, and assembly into multiprotein complexes within cells (1–3). There are at least seven present in spermatogenic cells, including GRP78, which is the endoplasmic reticulum (4), GRP75, found mitochondria (5). Most proteins, however, located cytoplasm. They include constitutively expressed HSC70 (6,7), stress-induced HSP70-1 HSP70-3 (8–10), two members of this family, HSP70-2 HSC70T, only cells.
