摘要: A 37 kDa protein in extracts of bovine aorta and equine platelets was observed on SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoretograms to react with polyclonal monoclonal antibodies rabbit skeletal troponin-T (TnT) by immunoblotting. Following purification precipitation at pH 4.6 several ion-exchange chromatographic steps, it has been identified as glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (G3PD) amino acid analyses NH2-terminal sequencing. By ELISA, the anti-troponin-T antibody reacted G3PD appreciably but 120-fold less specifically than TnT. cyanogen bromide fragment (CB2) TnT (residues 71-151) nearly well intact This cross-reactivity between can be ascribed a weak homology sequences two proteins residues 72-80 157-165 G3PD. Other regions limited sequence similarity are also present. We conclude that identification diffuse cytoplasmic indirect immunofluorescent staining anti-TnT chicken gizzard muscle is probably attributable
