摘要: Liquid fingerprinting represents a non-invasive and easy method for diagnostic screening medical tests. BIONOTE is sensor system including voltammetric liquid sensors consisting of screen printed electrodes controlled by high stable electronic interface. Bacterial colonization lower-limb ulcers gives huge production volatile semi compounds which could modify the electrochemical pattern ulcer’s exudate. The main goal this study was to test biological samples in solution term accuracy feasibility when applied ulcers, where sample consists To scope, BIONOTE’s have been tested single-center pilot study. A total number 30 clinical parameters collected characterization each patient. data fusion successful discriminating evolution. In particular, correct discrimination percentage between ulcer analyzed at first second evaluation (after therapy) 75%, 90% 97.5% based on data, respectively. consistency ability monitoring has also confirmed good sensor’s prediction with respect three key-parameters: Leg Ulcer Measurement Tool (LUMT), peripheral oxygen saturation hemoglobin (SpO2), Transcutaneous pressure (TcPO2).
