摘要: Today, an increase of the energy efficiency in industry is typically achieved by separate, parallel measures, primarily on level individual machines. Energy can be improved a holistic, integrated approach, which links machines, production process, technical infrastructure and building its envelope. The subject this paper development new prefabricated element for facades roofs, was developed built context research project called eta-Fabrik (i.e. energy-efficient factory, www.eta-fabrik.de ) at TU Darmstadt, Germany. consists purely mineral materials (concrete) energetically activated capillary tubes surface layer. This layer m icro- r einforced, u ltra- h igh- p erformance c oncrete (mrUHPC) to achieve low component thickness due high mechanical capacity, resistance against thermal changes, quality permeability. core responsible insulation. For this, ineralized protein f oam (MF) used. It provides very good insulation properties eminently density allowing heat transfer coefficients. final facade thus combines limiting, bearing, insulating activation using concrete.
