摘要: Bulk YBa2Cu3O7−x has been prepared by the sol-gel method using metal alkoxide and acetate as precursors ammonia or ethylenediamine complexing agent. The temperature of transformation gel precursor to depended on type agent used for adjusting pH. synthesized from gives at lower (750‡C 6 h) than with acetate. different acetates produces a sample ethylenediamine. From X-ray diffraction studies it appears that relationship exists between reactivity orientation corresponding pellet. preliminary results film painting alumina yttria-stabilized zirconia are presented. A high sintering (940‡C 1 was found be necessary obtaining superconductor film. reactions supports were reduced silver buffer. Ton modified support 91 K Toff 78 K.
