摘要: Droplet-based digital bioassays enable highly sensitive and quantitative analysis of biomolecules, are thought to be suitable for point-of-care diagnosis. However, generally require fluorescence microscopy detection, which is too large testing. Here, we developed a simple smartphone-based mobile imaging platform bioassays. The size the was 23 × 10 7 cm (length width height). With this platform, enzyme assay bovine alkaline phosphatase successfully completed. Digital influenza virus counting—based on fluorogenic neuraminidase activity virus—was also demonstrated. Distinct spots derived from single particles were observed with platform. number detected showed good linearity against titer, suggesting that high sensitivity quantification achieved, although 60% identified conventional microscopy. lower detection efficiency due its relatively signal-to-noise ratio than found microscopes, unavoidable intrinsic heterogeneity among particles. counting still 100 times greater commercial rapid test kit. Virus clinical samples demonstrated, potential realize system smartphones.
