摘要: Abstract The development of tweed texture during annealing is investigated using computer simulation. model a two-dimensional one corresponding to an oxygen deficit layer higher temperature superconducting crystal YBa2Cu3O7. may be taken as generic, including three dimensional systems, with regard its semiquantitative behaviour and shows ferroelastic phase transition due local strains connected the ordering. After quenching from high temperature, pronounced {1,1} micro-twinning appears. It starts fine irregular tweed-like pattern, spacing between domain walls becoming more regular while coarsening anneal. Annealing at lower temperatures, but not near Tc, produces intermediate stripe structure before single domain. From rate which distance increases, temperature-time-transition (T-T-T) diagram has been constructed strong similarities those obtained experiments. So do other features mentioned.
