摘要: ABSTRACT:  The elucidation of the mechanisms by which HCV infects hepatocytes and replicates has been paramount for identifying therapeutic targets developing highly efficacious antiviral drugs from we benefit today. earliest stage infection is viral entry, a process in complex interplay thought to occur between host molecules (including glycosaminoglycans, low-density lipoprotein receptor, CD81, SR-B1, CLDN1, OCLN, EGF ephrin type A receptor 2 transferrin 1) envelope glycoproteins E1 E2. wealth experimental data produced field entry summarized proposed mechanism, updated include most recently published on topic. Compounds with putative entry-blocking and/or entry-inhibiting activity vitro vivo are also briefly reviewed.
