摘要: Purpose: Over 2 million breast cancer survivors are in the United States, making women with largest group of survivors. The purpose this article is to review current knowledge regarding survivorship issues early-stage, estrogen receptor–positive cancer, focusing on advances hormonal therapies for reducing risk recurrence. Data sources: Published research studies, clinical treatment guidelines, and ongoing trials. Conclusions: Innovations antiestrogenic modulator an important aspect care after primary treatment.
