摘要: One of the difficulties facing us today in area chemical mutagenesis is identification compounds that are negative various well-known assay systems. It far more difficult to identify unequivocally as non- mutagenic, noncarcinogenic, nonteratogenic, or lacking tumor promoter activity than it active causing these adverse effects. therefore interest substituent groups tend reduce eliminate known mutagens and carcinogens.
