摘要: Monoconidial strains of Venturia nashicola Tanaka et Yamamoto were isolated from Japanese or Chinese white pear trees which had never been treated with sterol demethylation inhibitors (DMIs) and their baseline sensitivities to fenarimol determined by mycelial growth tests on fungicide-amended culture media. Strains also obtained orchards, intensively DMIs for several years monitored the shifts sensitivity in comparison sensitivity. Results suggested slight lower DMI-treated orchards. However, inoculation seedlings, still provided adequate control V. reduced vitro, suggesting that performance this fungicide will be maintained field. © 1998 Society Chemical Industry
