摘要: Next-generation sequencing is increasing our understanding and knowledge of non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs), elucidating their roles in molecular mechanisms processes such as cell growth development. Within a class, tRNA-derived ncRNAs have been recently associated with gene expression regulation cancer progression. In this paper, we characterize, for the first time, NCI-60. Furthermore, assess profile The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA). Our comprehensive analysis allowed us to report 322 distinct NCI-60, categorized fragments (11 tRF-5s, 55 tRF-3s), small (107 tsRNAs) tRNA 5' leader (149 sequences identified). TCGA, were able identify 232 53 58 tRF-3s, 63 tsRNAs RNAs. This latter group represents an additional evidence originating from region precursor tRNA. We developed public database, tRFexplorer, which provides users each every line NCI-60 well TCGA tumor type. Moreover, system allows perform differential analyses correlation miRNA samples, association all omics compound activities data available on CellMiner. Hence, tool important opportunity investigate potential biological absence any direct experimental evidence. Database URL: https://trfexplorer.cloud/.
