摘要: Paphiopedilum hirsutissimum (Lindl. ex Hook. f.) Stein (Orchidaceae) is a valuable but endangered ornamental plant. In the present study, microsatellites characteristics were analysed and 14 polymorphic simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers developed based on de novo transcriptome sequencing for P. using Illumina pair-end technology. A total of 7406 SSRs detected in 56,688 unigenes, with occurrence frequency 13.06% an average density one SSR per 5.42 kb; 150 primer pairs randomly selected from 2090 except mononucleotide repeats synthesized verification. These loci validated 32 individuals concentrated distribution centre, successfully amplified sets showing high level polymorphism. will be useful future studies genetic diversity, population structure make effective conservation strategy.
