摘要: This application describes a number of novel advanced piezoelectric ceramic power switching devices which are mounted within protective gastight enclosures that either evacuated to high degree vacuum or filled with an inert gas atmosphere. The thus constructed capable operating over range load voltages extending from about 100 volts 5000 more corresponding currents few amperes hundreds and wherein it is possible provide such structures in single common enclosure. For certain circuit applications the have unpoled portions on passive components as resistors, capacitors like active semiconductor all interconnected relationship each other by using printed integrated fabrication techniques. In these devices, stray impedances whether capacitive, inductive resistive nature can be reduced absolute minimum appropriate designs.
