摘要: The Yesso scallop, Patinopecten (Mizuhopecten) yessoensis, is a commercially important bivalve in the coastal countries of Northeast Asia. It has complex modes sex differentiation, but knowledge mechanisms underlying this determination and differentiation limited. In study, gonad tissues from females males at three developmental stages were used to investigate candidate genes networks for via RNA-Req. A total 901,980,606 high quality clean reads obtained 18 libraries, which 417 expressed male-specific 754 female-specific genes. Totally, 10,074 differentially identified. Weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA) revealed that turquoise green modules significantly positively correlated with male gonads, while coral1 black associated female gonads. most was Pydmrt 1, only discovered determined phenotype during early gonadal differentiation. Enrichment analyses GO terms KEGG pathways involved metabolism, genetic environmental information processes or are sex-biased. Forty-nine five identified selected construct hypothesized pathway. current study focused on screening highlighting potential regulatory development P. yessoensis. Our data suggested WCGNA can facilitate identification key determination. Using method, yessoensis pathway constructed. pathway, 1 may have leading function.
